Testimonials

We wanted to create rental income on our property, so we visited our local building department’s website to see our options. However, we didn’t know which one of these we were allowed; ADU, JADU, guest suite or granny unit. So, we hired AMT to do a property research report for us. They discovered we could have an ADU and a JADU. They also obtained our building permit for us and guided us to a wonderful contractor. Now we have more than enough income.
— Thank you, Janice and Todd
We were thinking of the people who made our remodel happen and you were the game changer.
We passed final inspection on December 15th and were able to move in before Christmas.
We cannot be more thrilled and cannot thank you enough for your leading the way through the county process. It was such a rollercoaster ride and you kept us feeling like there was some sanity in all of it and that a solution would be realized.
You do amazing work and we are so grateful! We will defiantly send any neighbors your way who are looking to commence big projects with the county.
Thank you and best always,
— A & J
We called a designer to create a rooftop deck for us. She suggested we obtain a property research report first from AMT, before spending money on a design. AMT discovered rooftop decks aren’t allowed in our city. Yes, we were very disappointed with this information, but really glad it only cost us a couple hundred dollars rather than thousands in design fees.
— Bob and Patti
I appreciate the fact I can email, text or call Paula with a code question and she gets back to me within minutes or the same day.
